First of all, we have to say that you should not deprive yourself. You can eat what you want in moderation. If you want to eat cake, go eat it. When you do eat something it doesn’t mean you gonna gain weight. It means you are a normal human being!
Breakfast is a very important meal of the day. You should not skip this meal. You may have to go to school or work in the morning. So, you can set your day up with an easy breakfast in under 15 minutes only with 5 ingredients. Or you can prepare your breakfast from the night.
Fruit for a snack is a great start to eating healthier! But the point of a snack is to keep you full between meals and fruit alone may not hold you for very long. Pair your fruit with a protein or fat to slow down digestion and stay full for longer.
Stay Motivated! Don't ever call your foods as "cheat meal". It will make you feel guilty. Weight loss requires you to fuel your body right and have a healthy relationship with food.
Drink water. It is really important. It will good for your skin, body, health, even your starvation. And the best thing about staying hydrated you will be too busy peeing so you won't find time to snack.
Eat fruits and veggies in season. When fresh produce is in season, tastes are better, prices down, and be fresher.
