Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We are offering two options.
- Shipping via DHL/ UPS/ TNT and aiming delivery in 1-4 working days.
- Shipping via local post and aiming delivery in 4-10 working days.
Orders received after 3 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that most of the products selected at hippist are handcrafted by the Mediterranean Independent Designers special for you. We are aiming to deliver these products in 1-4 days but depending on the product the delivery can take up to 7 working days. In that case, we will send you an e-mail and give you the delivery information.
Some of our products are delivered directly from our trusted suppliers. In these cases, delivery pricing and options will be same.
Returns
It's okay if you change your mind, we offer a 30 day returns policy. The items in your order can be returned for full refund hassle free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.
