- Handcrafted
- All pieces are cut from cowhide and are saddle-stitched with waxed thread by hand. Custom copper hardware has been used to improve the ease of usage and the durability of our products. Due to the nature of leather, all of our pieces are one of a kind and have different textures, colour gradings and markings. Metal accessories coating colour can be different from the ones that shown in this photo.

- Adjustable size.
- Caring for your leather product: Do not apply volatile chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your product. When you feel like the leather is drying out or it’s starting to harden, take a small amount of vaseline and rub it in. Doing this process will slightly darken the colour of your product initially, but, it will soon return back to its original colour through usage.
Through our travels, we’ve come across many humble craftsmen and their genuine handcrafted products which we admire and we wanted to preserve these values of authentic craftsmanship that are on the brink of dying and to interpret them through a more modern approach to design.
We decided to name this platform of our dreams and the colour of our intuition CHIVIT.
We create leather designs that are timeless, with a bohemian spirit and that brings out the quality craftsmanship to the fore, using entirely natural materials, making them all by hand.
